Swedish Massage

This is simply an all-over body massage that progressively goes through each part of the body to relax the person and relieve tension. There is a systematic series of massage techniques used to warm up the muscles, flex the limbs and dissipate stress.

We lead such busy lives and are so caught up in work, family and life that at times it can be very stressful. Our bodies hold that stress and tension which becomes very unhealthy for us. So having a nice relaxing massage helps not only relieve your body’s physical stress but also relieves mental stress too.

Having a massage is a time you turn the telephone off and are not disturbed by anyone. It’s a time specially for you, so you can just lie down on the couch and enjoy. It’s good to let go while we work on the many different parts of your body. This even includes hands and feet, which is lovely surprise for many people.

Many people have regular massages for themselves as a reward at the end of the working week or to keep their body in good shape. Stimulating the muscles and moving the blood around the body is a very good thing to do to help you stay in good health.
